If no health care worker are there , you can buy the midazolam nasal spray and give two puff both nostrils, if health care worker available you can give iv midazolam 10mg stat or iv diazepam 10mg stat or im/iv lopez 4mg (need to check spo2 for lopez) If its not resolved then u can add 7-8 ampule(approx. but u can also calculate with patient weight)of phenytoin in 500ml NS and start infusion, if no active seizure is seen or if pregnancy suspected or a lady u can add levetiracetam 500mg in 100ml NS and start infusion, most will subside with the above drugs but if still persist u can give sodium valproate to anaesthetic agents😊
